国際力動的心理療法学会（以下，IADP）理事の第3回選挙につきまして，令和6年4月に理事選挙公告を行い，令和6年5月28日付けにて理事立候補者が確定となりました。
今回の選挙では定員8名のところ，立候補者が以下の4名となりました。この4名につきましては無投票当選となり，理事に選出されることが確定となりました（IADP 理事及び理事選挙に関する規則 第16条）。各立候補者の所信表明および推薦文を以下に掲載させていただきますので，宜しければご確認ください。

立候補者①：小谷英文
力動的心理療法の基礎は精神分析にある。その基礎が現代の臨床界では非常に弱い。本学会を拠点に、精神分析基礎理論に基づいた力動的技法の運用を実践できる訓練や研究の普及に尽力したい。
Needless to say，psychodynamic psychotherapy is based on psychoanalysis．The basic theory and practical techniques of the psychoanalysis has not been well understood in Japan． I believe our association，IADP，is an important resource base of psychodynamic psychotherapy．We have to develop much more psychodynamic basis of theory and practice on the basis of exact understanding of psychoanalysis．I would like to contribute to this mission.

小谷先生は当学会の創立者であり，理事長の任に長く勤めてこられました。精神分析的心理療法に関する先生の訓練システムの構築のご経験は、広く学会の能力向上に資するものです。
Dr.Kotani is the founder of our association and has been devoting himself to develope training systems in psychodynamic field．I believe his quite strong contribution to the future of our association，IADP．
立候補者②：中村有希
本学会の中核である力動的心理療法の訓練機会の提供および社会的認知度を高めるべく活動してまいりました。臨床家訓練のさらなる充実と、人格発達において力動論が果たす意義を国内外に伝えるべく尽力する所存です。
I have worked on as a Board of Director in providing training opportunities for dynamic psychotherapy and in promoting psychotherapy in society．I would like to further enhance training opportunities for clinicians，and I’ll put all my best to address the significance of dynamic theory in personality development both nationally and internationally．

年次大会の学術プログラム委員を長年務められ、当学会の学術展開に大きな貢献をされています。本学会運営に不可欠な方として理事に推薦いたします。
She has made great contributions to the academic development of IADP as a member of the academic program committee．I will recommend her to the board of directors as a person who is essential to the management of IADP．
候補者③：橋本和典
私は，１７年間の理事経験を活かし，ＩＡＤＰの継続と発展を第一の使命として，理事選挙に立候補します。そのための会員増強，国際的な年次大会の充実のみならず，学会編の書籍出版に尽力したいと考えます。
My primary mission is to continue and develop IADP，with my 17years of experience as a board member．For that I would like to not only increase membership and enhance international conferences，but also make efforts to publish books edited by IADP．

橋本氏は国内だけでなく，国際的にも力動的心理療法の普及に尽力して来た有力な会員である。国際的にも課題山積している心の問題に学会として取り組んでいく上で必要な人材。
Dr.Hashimoto is a quite able psychologist who contributed to develop the psychodynamic psychotherapy in the international field．There are many things to do for psychodynamic problems in modern society of the world．He is a member of our association who can work well for those international problems．
立候補者④：花井俊紀
力動的心理療法の技法追求への貢献，ＩＡＤＰの特色であるレジェンドから初心までが学び合う場を作る学会運営への貢献を理事の責任を担って進めてきたい。
As a director，I would like to contribute to the pursuit of techniques for dynamic psychotherapy，and contribute to the management of IADP，which create a community for everyone from legends to beginners to learn from each other，which is a feature of IADP．

彼は事務局長，理事，前年度大会会長を務め，力動的心理療法の最先端の技法追究および社会的意義の発信に努めておられます。本学会理事に適任であると認め推薦いたします。
He has worked as a Secretary General，Board Member，and President of the previous year’s conference of IADP．He is committed to the pursuit of the front line techniques of psychodynamic psychotherapy and the dissemination of the social significance．
